The Jomelos Jewel, a jewel with a mission.

Thank you for choosing this unique and conceptual jewel!
It has especially been designed for creating an awareness of the poverty, abuse and injustice from which Ghanaian (mostly) orphan children daily suffer. Every single jewel sold is a year's school fee of a child paid and so a fairer chance to a normal future offered! Our Jomelos Jewel must become a chain of solidaruty, a pride to wear! Ghanaian orphans, once victimized by poverty and lack of chances, can be given the best weapon to build their own future: an understanding of history by education. Our jewel is therefore a combination of Ghanaian pearls, referring to an old culture, and a military dog tag, an indentification for soldiers.
Wearing our jewel means wanting to fight for a greater understanding, here and now, in West-Afriaca, Ghana.
